Todd Hansel
Board Member
Director, Quality Engineering Medtronic
Todd Hansel has nearly three decades of experience in the development of safety-critical, software-based products for the energy, medical device, industrial control, and automotive industries. Throughout his career, Todd has been a proponent of authentic, enlightened leadership, and has maintained a passion for developing leaders within his diverse teams. Todd is an alumnus of the 2012 Men’s Leadership Ascent Program, and since that time has been an avid supporter of the Leadership Ascent and its mission and values, sending five people through the Leadership Ascent program and participating as a volunteer on Leadership Ascent Alumni committees. Todd was the 2014 winner of The Leadership Investment’s Rising Leader of the Year award, and has been a speaker at numerous technical conferences throughout his career.
Traci Kellner

Traci Kellner is a highly resilient, collaborative and visionary executive with expertise in leading the human capital agenda by preparing and positioning teams and companies for the future. She has the unique ability to translate corporate strategy into action and engage employee support by establishing employee-company connectedness. Throughout her career, Traci has influenced and guided executive teams and organizations through complex realignments and repositioning efforts and helped companies reclaim business agility. Traci has had a material impact in the community as a Board Member of Leadership Ascent and Book Trust where she brings her passion to help others “be their best” and embrace their potential.
Theresa Letman

Theresa is a strategic, relational marketing executive with 15+ years leading marketing teams and driving brand management, marketing campaigns, and business growth. We are so grateful that she has a history of producing results: increasing revenue by 15%; executing successful marketing campaigns and branding campaigns that exceeded target; project management 98% on-time and on budget (20+ projects); data-driven strategic planning; developing KPIs.
Her leadership experience is equally impressive and, amongst many other achievements facilitates social media for Leadership Ascent. She lives in Denver with her son and husband.
Sherri Oddo
Board Member
SVP, Business Solutions, Zions
Sherri Oddo is a strategic thought leader and subject matter expert in commercial and construction lending administration, servicing and operations. Most recently, she’s put her 20 years of experience to work as a leader and SVP, Senior Business Analyst in Zions Bancorporation’s multi-year core system transformation initiative. Sherri has established herself within the Denver community through her extensive service to CREW Denver (Commercial Real Estate Women of Denver) and Leadership Ascent. Working with the Leadership Ascent Programs has provided Sherri with an opportunity to help other professionals lead their own transformations ― finding their own areas of expertise, their own voices and ways to enrich their personal and professional lives.
Martin Valence
Board Member
VP, Network Operations
Martin Valence is Vice President, Network Operations at CenturyLink. As leader of one of the globes largest set of networks, he is a noted operational expert who achieves success by developing and realizing the talent of many. His lifelong pursuit of excellence started as a Lieutenant in the United States Marine Corps to a variety of service delivery and assurance roles within the telecom industry. Today, Martin’s participation in the Leadership Ascent Programs, first, as an alum, second, as a Board Member, represents a continued desire to grow self and help others grow personally and professionally.
