Linda M. Bedinger
Board Chair

Linda is a former CEO of Wells Fargo and a seasoned professional in the areas of Leadership Development, Management Practice and Emotional Intelligence, and has dedicated herself to helping people around her “not only succeed, but succeed spectacularly.”  She has led total team “turn-a-rounds”, from last place to top performing units.  She is currently principal in the AthenA Group, LLC, a boutique consulting group focusing on leadership and culture issues.

Erin Beamer, MBA, PCC
Facilitator

Erin, Principal of Autumn Consulting since 1997, has a passion for facilitating positive change. She provides coaching, consulting, and facilitation for executives and individuals motivated to generate positive change.  She is certified in Emergenetics and other Assessment tools, is trained in personal change techniques including Voice Dialogue, and is an Adjunct Coach for the Center for Creative Leadership. She has MBA from Columbia University Graduate School of Business, is a former VP at Bankers Trust and has extensive experience in various industries.

Jim Lopresti, Ph.D.
Facilitator

Jim LoPresti has worked in both corporate and academic worlds, utilizing practice and theory, for over thirty five years.  He brings expertise to his clients in executive coaching, negotiation skills/conflict resolution, leadership through story-telling, team building, senior management alignment, resonance and resilience, and cultural transformation.  With a strong foundation in emotional/social intelligence, he successfully incorporates emotional and social intelligence concepts into highly analytical business environments through individual and group coaching, combining right and left brain methodologies to help inspire “big picture” perspectives. 

Jacyn Meyer, MBA
Development

Jacyn, Principal of the Authentika Group, is a life-long learner with a passion for creating healthy business environments and increasing profitability through the development of employees. She embraces accelerated learning techniques in curriculum development and workshop facilitation, using a behavioral coaching approach in developing leaders.  She has over 25 years of experience in leadership, management and training in the entertainment industry.  She has an MBA from the University of Denver, is a certified Master Coach and certified in various assessments including MHS EQi 2.0/360 and the Keirsey Temperament Sorter.

Kristine Schneider, MSW
Program Chair

Kristine helps leaders and their organizations improve performance through strategic alignment, leadership development, and executive team development.  She has helped executives and their organizations through coaching, consultation, facilitation and training. An international and keynote speaker, Kristine has appeared on business radio shows as a guest expert and is the principle of Corporate Develpment group.  

Rich Grenhart, PSYD
Facilitator

Dr. Rich Grenhart is an experienced clinician, coach and educator.  He has been active in leadership development and executive coaching since 1998.  Building on over 30 years’ experience as a clinical psychologist, he has coached and trained hundreds of leaders from first-time managers to senior executives.  An active adjunct faculty member with the Center for Creative Leadership and the U.S. Office of Personnel Management, he has had the opportunity to work with leaders from all corners of business, industry, government and the military.

Lindsey McCune

Lindsey has spent the entirety of her career being a connection wizard.  Seeing the parts that fit and facilitating the summation of those parts.  Her background is in for-profit and non-profit development; marketing, account and client management, advertising.  She has worked in verticals from technology to holistic wellness and finds being of service to be the most fulfilling part of her life today.  Working with Leadership Ascent Programs, she has expanded her love of coaching for objectives; helping others fulfill their potential in life and work whilst being an ultimate resource for development of self and allied teams.

 

Sean Moore, RPCC

Sean Moore is President of LeaderWise, Inc., and a principal of the Athena Group. Each company offers integrated methodologies to organizations passionate about leadership development and business results. He specializes in cutting edge leadership series like, LeaderWise®, and has successfully produced desired outcomes for Fortune 500 companies, local municipalities, and 501(c)3 by leveraging his years as a senior editor in the video/film industry, as a financial advisor, and as an accelerated learning facilitator.

Known as “the assessment guy,” Sean is certified in a wide range of leadership tools including the MHS EQi 2.0/360®, TESi 2.0®, Myers-Briggs®, Emergenetics/360®, and SCARF360®. 

L. Bonita Patterson, MSM

Bonita is Founder & CEO of Polaris Consulting Group, a consulting firm that specializes in developing exemplary leaders, enhancing team synergy, and transforming organizations. As a coach, consultant, facilitator, and speaker, Bonita helps leaders identify, develop, and strengthen their success behaviors.  She works with a broad array of corporate, government, and non-profit organizations, and has been an Adjunct Instructor at the University of Oregon, Graduate School of Business.  In addition to being an expert guest on radio shows across the nation, she has authored Communication Under Fire and Emotional Intelligence in Action.

Charlotte Waisman, Ph.D.

Charlotte Waisman is a Principal with The AthenA Group, LLC, a consulting firm that specializes in organizational culture change, multi-dimensional leadership and workforce excellence. Diverse clients, including corporations, small businesses, government, non-profits and universities have utilized her background, knowledge and experience.  Her strengths include excellent facilitation; creating modules to teach quality programs; and developing coaching, mentoring and train-the-trainer initiatives.  She is certified in a number of diagnostic tools (including the Myers Briggs Type Inventory), EQ-i™, 3-Filters Technology and is a certified behavioral interviewer.
