Managing for Impact
The business world is hectic. Companies are caught up in day-to-day operations. While keeping pace with the organization, managers are losing sight of their own career development. Managing for Impact is their solution.
During the six half-day co-ed group and five one-on-one sessions, people with job titles like Team Lead and Supervisor will step outside of the “status quo” of their own organizations. We study proven problem-solving and motivating practices.
Managing for Impact gives you the skills to:
-
communicate more effectively;
-
launch high-performance teams;
-
find ways to help others develop their skills;
-
improve one’s own self-management abilities;
-
take leadership from good to great.
These days, the “do more with less” ethic creates problems for managers who want to further their own skills. Supervisors in virtual environments are experiencing their challenges. At the same time, leveraging a teams’ talents is an age-old problem.
As the marketplace evolves, great leaders evolve.
